This is a replacement for the same model that finally wore out well, ok -I dropped it on the ctl-40 and waacom connection loosened.
The Wacom Bamboo Connect is a low-priced drawing tablet that, sans eraser, feels artificially crippled when compared with the prior version. Manufacturers normally create tiered product lines to give more demanding users incentive to buy the higher-priced models, but in this case it’s tough to come up with a compelling reason to buy the Connect.

At 1, levels of pressure sensitivity, the Bamboo Connect offers twice the precision as the Pen and Touch, at least in terms of how hard you press down the tip. The entire tablet is still made of black plastic, with a glossy bambooo bar over the “wasted” space, a blue LED light indicating a live connection, a hard textured surface around the tablet’s edges, and a fluorescent green nylon pen holder. All told, the Bamboo Connect’s lack of multitouch and the eraser are big downsides, ones that essentially remove its ability to work as a drawing tablet, or as a proper mouse or trackpad substitute.

Speaking of which, Wacom broke the Bamboo line into three new tablets. Also, the included software works effortlessly and has a great user interface even if you’ve never used anything like it before.
This graphics tablet is a great way to massively boost creative flair and productivity when working with graphics and photographs. Drawing, Multi-Touch, and Conclusions Wacom has been producing drawing surfaces for the better part of two decades, so even the inexpensive Bamboo Capture works reliably. It also lets you see where you are about to lay ink down. No programmable buttons on surface. It’s never let me down and when the time came to upgrade I bought another model by the same company.
The cord was a little finicky but with how abundant USB A cables are, it wasnt an issue to replace. The Intuos pen tablet makes it easy to turn those photos into beautifully creative photo books, cards, crafts, or projects, right on your computer.
